Welcome to KoreAnnex (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website KoreAnnex.com and our liaison services, you (“User” or “Law Firm”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

We offer liaison services between law firms and their clients. Our role is to facilitate communication and coordination; however, all legal responsibilities and obligations related to the services provided remain with the law firm.

2. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

The law firm acknowledges that any work requested through our website is the legal responsibility of the law firm. By using our services, the law firm agrees that:
– All assignments made through our platform are conducted under the law firm’s direction.
– The law firm is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of any work performed as a result of our services.
– We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the work requested or performed.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

The law firm agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KoreAnnex and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
– Any breach of these Terms of Use by the law firm.
– Any work or services performed by the law firm or its clients.
– Any disputes between the law firm and its clients.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, the law firm agrees to:
– Provide accurate and complete information when making requests.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our services.
– Notify us promptly of any changes to their information or circumstances affecting their use of our services.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoreAnnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to the use of our services.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage the law firm to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California in Los Angeles County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
